ALL YOU NEED is a FIRM BALL. We use a Trigger Ball (you’ll see it in the video). Same size and firmness as a lacrosse ball. You can start with a tennis ball if you want (not nearly as firm though).
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A WALL TO LEAN AGAINST?
If you are outdoors on a hiking trip, you can do this by laying flat on the ground and performing the same movement - it’s just more painful! So, take a big breath, think of your happy place, and free up that pinched sciatic nerve!
